We are on the hunt for a Lead Pillow Tester to join our team of comfort experts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every pillow meets the highest standards of softness, fluffiness, and dream-supporting potential. Your primary task? To lie down, relax, and test out pillows like the pro you are. Sleep on the job? Yes, please!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pillow Testing: Lay down and evaluate the comfort, fluff, and overall quality of various pillows. This is a rigorous process that requires full relaxation!
• Comfort Research: Discover the perfect pillow firmness for every sleeper type: side sleepers, back sleepers, stomach sleepers, or the “pillow fort architect” type.
• Durability Testing: Test pillow resilience by conducting various naps and pillow fights (yes, pillow fights are part of the job).
• Product Feedback: Provide detailed, actionable feedback on each pillow’s performance, especially its ability to make napping feel like an art form.
• Pillow Arrangement: Help create the most aesthetically pleasing pillow arrangements for our showroom and social media promotions.

Skills Needed:

• Expert Napper: Ability to fall asleep anywhere, anytime, and in any pillow-related situation.
• Fluff and Firmness Guru: You can tell the difference between a medium and soft pillow just by hugging it.
• Sleepologist: A keen eye for pillow placement and sleep ergonomics. A true expert in pillow positioning for maximum comfort.
• Fluff Manipulation: Ability to fluff a pillow to perfection in under 30 seconds.
